At Tarquin's Cornish Gin, we want you to be delighted with your craft spirits; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened bottles. Please note that due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had their wax seals tampered with.

Contact Our Distillery

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Provide Evidence

If your gin arrived damaged during transit, please attach clear photographs of the broken bottle and the external packaging for our records.

Secure Packaging

Once your return is authorized, ensure the bottle is securely packed in its original box to prevent further damage during the return journey.

Processing Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return at the distillery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
